Getting to the clinic

We are on the ground floor with step-free access throughout. Allow a few extra minutes for your first visit so we can complete your paperwork before the session starts.

  • Step-free access

Ground floor throughout, with an accessible washroom and space for wheelchairs and frames.

  • Arrive 10 minutes early

First visits need a short registration form. After that, come as you are.

  • What to wear

Loose clothing that lets us see the affected area — shorts for a knee, a vest for a shoulder.

Booking questions

Something not covered here? Call +91 99900 96269 and ask — there is no charge for the conversation.

Do I need a doctor's referral to book?

No. You can book an assessment with us directly. If your problem needs imaging or a specialist opinion before treatment starts, we will tell you at the assessment and help you get referred rather than starting treatment that will not help.

Is there any charge for an initial consultation?

Contact us to discuss your needs. At your first appointment, you will get a working diagnosis and an honest view of whether physiotherapy will help, along with an estimate of how many sessions it should take.

How quickly can I be seen?

We usually have same-day or next-day slots for assessments, including evenings until 8:30pm on weekdays and Saturdays. On Sundays we are open until 4pm. Call the clinic for the earliest available time.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Any X-rays, MRI reports, operative notes and a list of your current medication, plus loose clothing that lets us see the affected area — shorts for a knee, a vest for a shoulder. If you use a walking aid or brace, bring that too.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Let us know at least 24 hours ahead and there is no charge. Call or WhatsApp the clinic and we will move you to the next suitable slot.

Do you offer home visits?

For patients who cannot travel comfortably — particularly neurological and older adult rehabilitation — yes. Ask when you call and we will check availability in your area.
